RI Gaming Enforcement Nabs 2 MA Men On Fraud, Conspiracy And More Charges: Cops
The Massachusetts men were released on their own recognizance, police said.
Two Massachusetts men were arrested on fraud, conspiracy and other charges Sunday, police said.
Brian Elliott, 28, and James Perry, 29, were arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, the state police said in a media release.

Elliot, a resident of Mattapan, and Perry, a resident of Norwood, were charged with bank fraud, obtaining money under false pretenses, passing counterfeit certificates, bills or notes, conspiracy to commit bank fraud, conspiracy to obtain money under false pretenses, and conspiracy to pass counterfeit certificates, bills or notes, according to the release.

Elliot and Perry were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and appeared in front of a bail commissioner, the release said.
They were each released on $25,000 personal recognizance bail, according to police.
