Houses SOLD: Dozen Change Hands

The highest number of warranty deeds in over a year were recorded in the Barrington Town Hall last week, July 29-Aug. 3.

A dozen deeds were recorded for properties that changed hands, including one for a home worth more than a million dollars and one for another affordable home.

The 12 homes are located in most of Barrington's neighborhoods. Sale prices on the deeds ranged from a high of $1.15 million dollars for a home on Adams Point to a low of $169,000 for the Walker Farm Lane home.
