We've all heard the old saying that "it takes a village" to accomplish certain things in our lives. I've had the pleasure and opportunity to be part of teams (sports, business, committees, etc) since I've been 5 years old. Here are a few key things to keep in mind when your looking for productivity not frustration from the team your a part of:
-Remove your ego. It's not about you it's about the outcome of the organization or team your a part of
-Hold members accountable. There is nothing worse then picking up others slack. Don't be that person!
-Have a clear and common goal that is shared among the team.
Recently I was quoted on our national website and in numerous newspapers across the country. See what I have to say here!
