Some Progress in the Effort To Clear Up Safety Hazards?
The town manager is still silent, but the town council president tells me they're going to do something.
In an e-mail received by Warren Town Council President Dave Frerichs, he informs me that my concerns relevant to some of the saftey road hazards are scheduled to be corrected. My concerns have been an ongoing battle with town officials, especially with Town Manager Richard Paduch, who would not respond to my concerns. What's important is that issues are now going to be addressed and corrected soon. We'll see!

I am still waiting for a response regarding the issue with the stop sign at Schoolhouse and Serpentine, what was the outcome, Mr. Massed states the state sent a letter on the matter, Please address this issue, is it going to be fixed or not? this is not going to go away, I want an answer to this issue that was addressed in Jan TC meeting. Dave, What is in the process of being done? that statement does not tell me much, I have been 3 months asking about 2 issues and get no response from town officials. Spoke to Mr. Massed 2 weeks ago, about the tree growing onto the sidewalk at Kickimuit and Metacom, as of yesterday it is still there. Our manger stated last Dec he would take care of the issue. 7 months and counting.
In Jan at the TC meeting the intersection of School House rd and Serptine was discussed, it is a saftey hazard, here it is July and nothing has been done about it. mr. Massed stated there was a letter from the state on this matter and 2 weeks ago I asked him to send it to me, still do not have it. So would somebody please step to the plate and brings this issue to air, so I can be done.

The line will be moved 4 ft. on Serpentine. The tree will be cut, but it's on a bad corner and is going to take some coordination so no one gets killed. David
