Town Manager Doesn't Make Time To Change Incorrect Phone Listings
Our town manager must feel that having phone calls going to wrong departments is not worth his time to correct inaccuracies for the convenience of the citizens of Warren.
As I continue to discuss problems with town officials, I bring another mishap that falls onto the office of the town manager. Once again, the phone listing in the Verizon phone book for the Town of Warren is incorrect, and has been for several years. Town employees note this, because it causes several phone calls daily to be dialed into the wrong office.
A simple fix to this issue would to require an inventory of all town phones and compile a list to Verizon and to correct this issue once and for all. However, our manager does nothing about it and must feel that having phone calls going to wrong departments is not worth his time to correct for the convenience of the citizens of Warren.
