Should RI Offer Drivers' Licenses to Undocumented Residents? Roger Williams Experts and ACLU Talk Policy

Roger Williams University's Latin Policy Institute Director and the Central Falls Police Chief to Participate in a Panel Discussion

PROVIDENCE, RI—Roger Williams University is hosting a policy talk about driver's licenses for undocumented residents. According to the school, the session will include the presentation of a report by Law School Professor Deborah Gonzalez and Latino Policy Institute researcher, J. Alejandro Tirado-Alcaraz.

The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion with Col. James J. Mendonca, chief of Central Falls Police Department; Brian Hull, director of economic opportunity for the City of Providence; and Steven Brown, executive director of the Rhode Island Affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union.
