The Central Falls man was a fugitive from justice in Massachusetts, police said.
CENTRAL FALLS, RI — A Central Falls fugitive was captured, police said.
Troy Adams, 41, was arrested Monday, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Adams was a fugitive from justice from in Massachusetts, according to the release.

"Mr. Adams was arraigned in Third Division District Court, where he was remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending his return to Massachusetts," the release said.
