• Coventry Man Charged With Vandalism And Disorderly Conduct: Cops (patch.com) — Coventry residents are learning more about a local man, Eddmanuel Rodriguez, 43, who was arrested Sunday morning on vandalism and disorderly conduct charges. State police say he was taken into custody at his Lamphear Street apartment, processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, then arraigned and released with a notice to appear in court.
   

• ACLU: RI Flock Camera Portals Missing Key Details (upriseri.com) — Coventry's police department is one of three in Rhode Island using Flock license plate cameras without a public transparency portal, according to a new ACLU review. The report says many departments omit key data-sharing details, while only Foster and Newport publish audit logs. State officials are now weighing uniform rules as hundreds of cameras continue operating statewide.
