CCFD Treated Unfairly; Hopkins Hill Fire Dept Treated With Favoritism

What a shame.READ THIS.

I wonder why Lou Raptakis and Kettle would sponsor a bill for Hopkins Hill Fire District that overrides the bill that Lou Raptakis and Kettle fought against a Bill for Central Coventry Fire District to allow Fire Districts to use the multi-tiered tax rate. Could it be its because he owns a business in Central Coventry? Why is it OK for HHFD to use any tax rate calculations that the voters vote in and also why are they the only ones protected with the ability to utilize last years tax rate should the voters vote the new budget down? Something is patently wrong here.
