Who is the wolf? Rep. Morgan of course, fangs out today when someone didn't play nice with her little group of sheep (aka her Task Force).
Rep. Morgan, is elected by the constituents of district 26, for the seat in the House of Representatives, thought her time was better spent today interviewing on a talk show instead of being in session with the other Reps. During her interview, she accused Rep. Lisa Tomasso of being behind the possible fraudulent mailings, only because her house is located up the street from the return address on the mailings.
One would assume Rep. Tomasso would be smarter then to choose a house so close to her own, if she was in fact behind the mass mailing.I highly doubt she was.
Rep. Morgan so quick to fire blame at anyone and everyone that she considered against her and her Task force group or her sheep. Morgan spat out blame and multiple accusations against multiple parties, probably hoping one would eventually stick. She used the typical Tea Party theory Speak Loud, Say anything no matter how ridiculous or fictional. If you create turmoil, cast a doubt on the truth, then it was a job well done.
CCFD board Candidate Ray Angell called into WPRO to deny her accusations. Angell questioned her and her Task Force group, about their moral compass with accusing candidates running for the board of possibly breaking federal law and threatening an federal investigation. Remember Morgan said possibly breaking the law, because she does not know if a law or any laws were broken. she only was hoping to saw it multiple times so that the community would believe that laws were broken.
I wonder if her accusations and false statements spoken out today could be deemed slanderous, she did make enough of them.
Rep. Morgan core interest seems to be concentrated on a slither of her constituents, rather then the majority. Why doesn't she care about the majority of voters in her district? Shouldn't Morgan be looking out for her house seat next election cycle now? Is she giving up politics or possibly eyeing a congress seat????
She is using CCFD as a platform, trying to dissolve the fire district instead of helping it. Showing how she means business, not caring what happens to anyone or anything along the way.
Rep. Morgan's claim to fame is:
I represent Central Coventry taxpayers(very few), I will promote lowering your taxes even if it means cutting your services, all while hiring private companies that do it for less, even though those companies will lean your house for non-payment of a bill. All of this happens while she sits on top of her hill, kicked back in her recliner people watching the golfers at the driving range, knowing that she relies on West Warwick Fire Department and not the Central Coventry Fire Department that she is trying to dissolve.
With all of that out of my head, I hope everyone enjoys their Saturday and gets out to vote at the Town Hall 8 am-8 pm.
On tomorrows agenda: Lou Raptakis says, "If someone sent out a mailing saying your a possiblel Child Predator......you would know who sent that."
Absolutely disgusts me that this came from a Sitting Senator to make a statement like this, all over a mailing.
