Tropical Storm Irene Debris Removal Plan
Officials ask residents to place their debris curbside as soon as possible.

The Town of Coventry will be cleaning up and removing limbs and branches from the edges of roads and on the curbs and sidewalks. The storm debris does not have to be cut into three (3) foot lengths nor bundled. All yard waste bags will be picked up by the sanitation department and not the heavy equipment crews picking up the storm debris.
This is a very large undertaking and the cleanup could take multiple weeks to complete. It is recommended that you place your debris at the curbside as soon as possible so you do not miss the special pickup.
The crews will be picking up debris from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, and 7:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Saturday September 10th.
