The New England Champs from Coventry played their hearts out at the Babe Ruth World Series in the semifinals and lost to Tennessee. What a phenomenal experience that these boys had this week. Congratulations to you all for making Coventry proud! The Coventry Parks and Recreation Department will host a homecoming for these All-Stars upon their return from the World Series Tournament. This surprise event will be held at Paine Field rain or shine at approximately 9pm on the night of their return, August 25, 2013. All are welcome for this celebration. Please plan to arrive at Paine Field for 8:30 to greet the bus coming in from Logan Airport.
