2 Animal Cruelty Arrests, DUI, More: Cranston Police Arrest Log

CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 13 and March 15.

March 13

9:10 a.m. — Ariana Anderson, 24, of Cranston, was charged with unnecessary cruelty to animals. Police said the arrest stemmed from Anderson turning herself in on an arrest warrant.

9:10 a.m. — Julia Santucci, 26, of Cranston, was charged with unnecessary cruelty to animals. Police said the arrest stemmed from Anderson turning herself in on an arrest warrant.

3:22 p.m. — Kaylaann McNichols, 27, of East Providence, was charged with obtaining vehicles with intent to defraud. Police said the arrest stemmed from a FLOCK hit and motor vehicle stop on New London Avenue.

10:13 p.m. — Julio Ravelo, 41, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault/battery, domestic-refusal to relinquish telephone and domestic-disorderly conduct.

March 14

1:41 a.m. — Marva Voerg, 49, of Cranston, was charged with domestic-vandalism/malicious injury to property and domestic-disorderly conduct.

10:30 p.m. — Pedro Rodriguez, 27, of East Providence, was charged with domestic-willful trespassing, violating a no-contact order, resisting legal/illegal arrest and disorderly conduct.

March 15

4:06 a.m. — Juan Bautista, 44, of West Warwick, was charged with DUI and breathalyzer refusal. Police said the arrested stemmed from a call for a man passed out behind the wheel of his vehicle at the intersection of Chapel View and New London Avenue.

12:05 p.m. — Mario Maldonado-Otero, 49, of Providence, was charged with a Rhode Island Superior Court bench warrant and giving false document to an agent, employee or public official. Police said the arrest stemmed from a traffic stop on Route 10.
