Cranston Man Charged With Receiving Stolen Goods: Cops

The Cranston man was also charged with possessing marijuana.

CRANSTON, RI โ€” A Cranston man was charged with receiving stolen goods, police said.

Joseph Rinaldi, 62, was arrested shortly after 9:30 p.m. Tuesday on charges of receiving stolen goods, possession of marijuana and driving with a suspended license, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

Rinaldi was arrested during a traffic stop on Cranston Street in Cranston, according to the release.

Rinaldi was processed at state police headquarters and held pending a morning arraignment at Third District Court where he was to be presented as a bail violator, the release said.
