CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Oct. 6 and Wednesday.

Oct. 6

7:50 p.m. — Gregory Anthony, 41, of East Providence, was charged with five counts of felony shoplifting, and five counts of being a habitual offender.

Saturday

12:15 a.m. — Jonathan Palumbo, 42, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault, domestic disorderly conduct, and domestic refusal to relinquish the telephone.

Sunday

2:18 a.m. — Jason Teolis, 45, of Cranston, was charged with domestic felony assault with a dangerous weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon when committing a crime of violence, carrying a weapon while intoxicated, two counts of large capacity feeding devices prohibited, and domestic disorderly conduct.

12:31 pm. — Jennifer Gardiner, 38, of Cranston, was charged with a Rhode Island State Police warrant.

9:10 p.m. — Nicole Maldonado, 45, of Cranston, was charged with furnishing or procurement of alcoholic beverages for underage persons. Police said the arrest came after someone called, complaining about a loud party on Abbott Street.

Monday

1:11 a.m. — Kyle Cooper, 28 of Providence, was charged with a warrant out of Third District Court following a traffic stop on Cranston Street at Bain Street.

12:42 p.m. — Jonathan Winston, 18, of Providence, was charged with a bench warrant out of Rhode Island Superior Court following a traffic stop.

Tuesday

7:14 p.m. — Brian Raymond, 34, of no permanent address, was charged with larceny under $1,500. Police said Raymond was arrested on a warrant after a prior arrest in Coventry.

7:14 p.m. — Ashley Brogno, 32, of no permanent address, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance under 10 grams (first offense). Police said Brogno was arrested on a warrant after a prior arrest in Coventry.

Wednesday

11:17 a.m. — Andrew Northup, 53, of Narragansett, was charged with simple assault. Police said the arrest happened after Northup was turned over to Cranston police at Third District Court.
