CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between Friday and Monday.
Monday
1:19 a.m. — Elmer Tejada, 22, of Roslindale, MA, was arrested during a vehicle stop at Pontiac Avenue and Fordson Avenue. Tejada was charged under a warrant out of Superior Court.

Sunday
10:37 p.m. — Bethany Ann Mackenzie, 35, of Providence, was arrested on a warrant stemming from a shoplifting charge out of Johnston. Mackenzie was turned over to the Johnston Police Department.

12:50 p.m. — Kyle Gaspar, 24, of Warwick, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct and simple assault. Police said the arrest stemmed from a call of a disturbance at a home on Concord Avenue.
9:41 a.m. — German Aguilar Gutierrez, 37, of Cranston, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct. Police said the incident occurred in the 500th block of Niantic Avenue.
8:30 a.m. — Brian Fritsche, 33, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order (third offense or greater) and domestic disorderly conduct. Police said the incident happened at Harmon Avenue and Crawford Street.
Saturday
11:23 p.m. — Samantha Sullivan, 36, of Cranston, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level great than 0.15. Police said Sullivan had readings of 0.265 and 0.26. Police said the arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Shirley Boulevard after the Sullivan drove away from a disturbance in the 100th block of Auburn Street.
Friday
2:13 a.m. — Octavius Littlejohn, 24, of Cranston, was arrested on two Superior Court warrants. Police said the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop on Cranston Street at Niantic Avenue.
3:05 p.m. — Joseph Huddleston, 38, of Cranston was charged with two counts of possession of a schedule I-IV drug under 10 grams, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, resisting legal or illegal arrest and weapons other than firearms prohibited. Police said the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop in the area of Route 10 southbound and Interstate 95.
3:58 p.m. — Jose Diaz, 46, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting, obstructing an officer in the execution of duty, a Sixth District Court bench warrant and a Superior Court warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the Stop & Shop on Garfield Avenue, police said.
8:14 p.m. — David Lucivero, 44, of Cranston, was charged with driving under the influence (first offense), duty to stop with damage to attended vehicle and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Police said the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop in the 100th block of Comstock Parkway.
