Catching Your Breath After the Holidays

Feeling a bit overwhelmed with the holiday rush? The good news is there's a light at the end of the tunnel! Join life coach Kathy Black on Thursday, January 12th at 6:30 pm for an evening of stress-reduction and relaxation as well as help for participants to identify their best practices for decreasing everyday stress levels. Leave feeling more relaxed and with a personalized plan to create a more peaceful lifestyle.

Kathy Black is a native Rhode Islander and lifelong student of spirituality and well-being. In addition to her coaching practice, she leads women's retreats, teaches personal development classes, and has supervised for the Harvard  Divinity School field education program.

This program is free and open to the public.
