Join us at Rhode Island Kitchen & Bath for one of our "Visiting Chef Series" featuring Chef Chris Palios of Sophia's Tuscan Grille in Warwick. Chef Palios will prepare his signature fall dish: rigatoni with pumpkin-sweet sausage ragout and pecorino romano accompanied by stout braised beef and goat cheese phyllo cups.
People's Liquor Warehouse, Mark Guillotte, will also be present to complement the Tuscan cuisine with select wine pairings.
