Fall Cooking Class at Confreda Greenhouses and Farms

Chris Oliveri, Confreda's Chef-In-Residence, will be leading this cooking course to teach some of his favorite Autumn recipes. 

The menu will include cranberry-pear chutney, bacon-maple brussel sprouts with fresh cranberries, bread budding with spinach, mushrooms, and asiago, and fresh green bean casserole. 

This class is $40 per person, and register as soon as possible as there are only 12 slots.
