Love Your Kidneys

The National Kidney Foundation presents "Love Your Kidneys".

If you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of either of these, you are at a greater risk of developing kidney disease.  Know your score about kidneys and kidney health to help identify and treat any problems early - this can save your life.

This program will help you learn more about kidney health, risk factors, and what you can do to decrease your risk of developing problems.
