Medication Review at Senior Center

Join the Cranston Senior Center for a Brown Bag Program: A Medication Review on Monday, April 25^{th.  This URI Pharmacy Outreach Program is available by appointment only.}

If it has been a while since you've had a “medication check-up," this program is for you.  You will be able to bring in your medications and discuss with a pharmacist everything you are taking, both prescription and over-the-counter medicines.  This FREE checkup will ensure that you are taking your medications properly;  that all your medications work okay together; and if there are any side effects you should or should not be experiencing.
