Rochambeau Strawberry Biscuit tea celebrates the 'March to Victory' of the Allied Force Forces of General Rochambeau. More than 5000 French soldiers march by the Joy Homestead on June 18,19, 20 and 21 on their way to Yorktown, Virginia and Victory for American Independence. The 600 mile route the French travelled is marked by blue W3R road signs through the 6 states.
