The Cranston School Committee will meet tonight at 6 p.m. for executive session and a regular meeting immediately afterwards. The committee is expected to discuss the controversial prayer banner issue and might indicate whether it will ultimately decide to appeal the federal court order to remove the banner or not. A vote is not expected at this meeting.
