CRANSTON, RI — The following people were arrested by Cranston police between March 28 and April 4.
March 28
2:46 a.m. — Emmanuel Ramos, 38, of Providence, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

7:36 p.m. — Ronald Fournier, 42, of North Kingstown, was charged with vandalism/malicious injury to property. Police said the arrest came after Rhode Island State Police apprehended and turned over the suspect.
March 31

3:31 p.m. — Eric Seamans, 38, of Smithfield, was charged with two arrest warrants issued by Smithfield police. The charges included violating a no-contact order, and police said the arrest came after a motor vehicle stop near Park Avenue and Wellington Avenue.
April 1
6:49 p.m. — Alphonso Rambert, 54, of Cranston, was charged with domestic simple assault, domestic vandalism and domestic disorderly conduct.
7:32 p.m. — Makiba Lewis, 43, of Providence, was charged with shoplifting. Police said the arrest happened at Walmart.
April 2
4:56 a.m. — Erin Hobin, 35, of Warwick, was charged with felony shoplifting. Police said Warwick officers arrested her on an affidavit from the Cranston Police Department.
11:51 a.m. — Joseph Barletta, 28, of Providence, was charged with violating a protective order.
11:48 p.m. — Joshua Decamp, 41, of Providence, was charged with simple assault and disorderly conduct.
April 4
7:54 a.m. — Kevin Reyes Perez, 19, of Cranston, was charged with violating a no-contact order.
8:07 p.m. — Angel Munnelly, 22, of no permanent address, was charged with felony shoplifting and resisting legal or illegal arrest. Police said the arrest stemmed from a shoplifting call from the Dollar General on Broad Street.
