"If demand remains seasonally low amid continued growth in gasoline stocks across the country, Americans may see pump prices remain low for the remainder of winter – assuming there are no unforeseen spikes in oil prices," said Lloyd Albert, AAA Northeast Senior Vice President of Public and Government Affairs in release.

The highest reported price per gallon in Rhode Island is $2.59, while the lowest is $2.23. Drivers are encouraged to shop around to find the lowest price in their area.
