Halftime Dances will Honor Fallen Angel, Eagle
Alexis Silva died in a car crash last September. All of the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts Pop Warner cheerleaders will be performing a friendship dance at halftimes in honor of their friend and teammate.

Silva was killed in a when a 14-year-old stole a van and led police on a brazen chase along Route 10. He swerved and struck a car being driven by Silva's mother, Stephanie Flynn.

To remember and celebrate the life of their friend, all RISMA cheerleaders have learned a friendship dance and will be performing it together at each halftime this season.
The dance is now called the Alexis Silva Memorial Friendship Dance.
