"Perfect Prom" Event will Help Cut Prom Costs
Studio B is hosting the second annual event to help Cranston students defray some prom costs.
Studio B, a popular salon in Garden City Center, is hosting its second annual "Perfect Prom" Event on Thursday.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go to help students at Cranston High Schools East and West with some of the costs associated with prom.
The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. at Vanity Restaurant and Lounge at 566 South Main St. in Providence this Thursday.

Tickets are $35 and include hors d'oeuvres and desserts.
Along with food and fun, there will be a raffle with some "amazing prizes" including a ring from Providence Diamond Company.

The salon is also accepting gently used prom dresses and suits and ties.
Anyone who donates a dress or suit will get a delux VIP gift bag.
