The talented folks at invite you and your friends to come and join them for some fun, with or without your acoustic instrument, at their weekly bluegrass jam. Every third Thursday of the month after classes are through, the store opens its doors to anyone who enjoys “a Pickin’ ‘n’ a Grinnin’” to the sounds of the old-time music from the hills of Kentucky that’s enjoying a resurgence today. All skill levels, as well as lucky listeners, are always welcome for an evening of informal music and fun.

Why Go: A great excuse to break out the snow shoes, and head for the great nighttime outdoors to discuss the survival of plants and animals as well as lunar folklore.
