The most important rule of real estate. AGREED!!!! So Rhode Island Monthly's effort to identify the best addresses in Rhode Island makes sense. However, we at Phipps Realty believe there are many exceptional "streets" to live on in Rhode Island. To try to come up with one or two per city or town is impossible. There are many "premier" locations and that does not relate to price/value. The other fact of real estate is that the location is the location, but remember the neighborhood is about the people and the history.

We were actually excited about the number of streets that we have helped families purchase or sell that made the list. Obviously, our results are more West Bay.  What is also very exciting is that we have a pending transaction, in agreement, but not yet sold, at 50 Spring Street in East Greenwich. We also have sold many homes on Spencer Avenue in Cowesett.
