EG Library's Annual Book Sale is on the 12th, but for members of the Friends of East Greenwich Free Library, an adults-only wine-and-cheese sneak peek preview party and sale will be held on Friday, May 11 from 6 to 8 p.m. Annual member dues are $10 for individuals and $20 for families. You can sign up in advance or at the door on the preview night. The sale continues on Saturday, May 12 from 10am to 3pm. Admission on this day is free and open to the public. Proceeds from the sale enable the library to purchase the best and newest books and journals, as well as present programs. Learn more about the friends.
