Guest Artist: Nancy Gucher Thomas
An award winning artist and instructor, Nancy is a signature member of
the National Watercolor Society. She has recently turned to creating
charcoal portraits on "Mylar", a film-like substance that lends itself
to subtle gradations of shadow, creating areas of clean light. Nancy
will present a charcoal on Mylar demo. Please visit her website at

EAST GREENWICH ART CLUB SCHOLARSHIP
The East Greenwich Art Club will award a $1,000 scholarship to a
graduating senior from East Greenwich High School who is pursuing a
career in Fine Art or Art education. The deadline for application is
May 1, 2012. Application and guidelines are available on the East
