For the past 30 years, hundreds of teachers, parents, local business owners and members of the community have come together in May at Academy Field in East Greenwich to put on the annual Barbara M. Tufts Cooperative Preschool (the Co-op) May Fair fundraiser. All of the proceeds from the event go back into the school and help to fund full and partial scholarships for families in need. On May 6th, the May Fair tradition continues with a “Barn in the USA” May Fair to be held from 11 am to 3 pm at 111 Pierce Street, Academy Field/Swift Gym in East Greenwich. This year May Fair will offer lots of fun patriotic and barnyard and activities for kids, a silent auction, plenty of good food and admission is free.
