Open Auditions for the Rhode Island Children's Chorus, an acclaimed children's chorus and partner of the RI Philharmonic Music School. Boys and Girls 7-16 are invited to meet with Dr. Christine Noel, director, for a brief and child-friendly audition to determine choral readiness. NO prior experience is necessary. Dr. Noel will lead children in some vocal exercises and hear a simple song (i.e. Happy Birthday) to determine ability to match pitch. Auditions are private and take about 10 minutes.
