MA Man Charged With DUI In East Greenwich After Hit-And-Run Crash: Cops (patch.com) — East Greenwich readers are learning more about a hit-and-run on Route 4 where a trooper reportedly saw the crash and stopped a Massachusetts driver. Police say the 37-year-old Fall River man was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test, then processed and released with a future court date.
