Officials say the design saved millions, differs from Cole's problematic setup, and can be upgraded later, while also tying into a $160 million package that includes high school renovations.
   

• Checking In On 'Missing Move' Project (eastgreenwichnews.com) — Major construction is underway along I-95 in East Greenwich to finally build the long-planned "Missing Move" ramps linking I-95 and Route 4, aiming to pull traffic off Division Street and Route 2.
