Summer's End Logo Contest Ends Soon
Tap your creative self and submit a logo idea this week!

Break out your Crayolas, sharpen your pencils or dust off your computer mouse. Summer’s End is growing and changing and we are looking for a new logo design. As the nonprofit group that promotes arts in the community via the annual concert at Eldredge Field, student scholarships and art event sponsorship, we think the logo should come from the community and ultimately be voted on by the community.
Since we know great ideas can come from anyone, we encourage residents of all ages to send us their ideas in any format. Email digital entries may be emailed to: logocontest@egsummersend.org and hard copies mailed to EG Summer’s End, P.O. BOX 1614, East Greenwich, R.I. 02818. Artwork should be received by March 1.
East Greenwich Summer’s End board members will choose the top five submissions and ask residents to vote on which they like the best. A $250 prize will be awarded to the person who submits the winning artwork, which will be used by Summer’s End as their new logo in all marketing materials going forward. Winners will be announced on the Summer’s End Facebook page as well as on EG Patch.

About East Greenwich Summer’s End: East Greenwich Summer's End, also known as Summer Arts and Festival Organization (SAFO), started in 1996 and is the 501c (3) non-profit organization behind the annual Summer's End Concert. Governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who donates their time throughout the year, they not only plan, organize, and produce the concert, but also perform the fundraising needed to offset the ever-increasing concert production costs. SAFO also fosters the arts by donating to local art events and awarding scholarships.
