The new NCW Commissioner Dean "The Beast" Livsley has announced that when NCW returns to Riverside, RI on March 11th there will be a 7 Man Single Elimination Tournament with the winner receiving a Heavyweight Championship Match April 9th in Dedham, MA for NCW's 14 year REUNION.
