East Bay Tennis Open and Family Festival

Annual Family Festival and Tennis Tournament– All are Welcome at BNN!

Tennis, anyone?  A little family fun?  Barrington Neighbors and Newcomers club is kicking off its fall season with a Family Festival and East Bay Open Tennis Tournament  and on September 8^th at the Barrington High School tennis courts.  This event is open, and we welcome interested families and tennis players from the entire East Bay area, and beyond.

Proceeds go toward building membership and club events, and in particular, the Daytime Tennis Program, which runs year-round on weekday mornings.  We are currently building a Ladies League, and we run drill/play and cardio sessions for adults, and kids clinics throughout the week.   Now taking fall tennis registrations.  Download registration forms at www.barringtonneighborsri.com, or e-mail tennis@barringtonneighborsri.com.

There will be raffles and prizes, Dave the Animal Man, Bjorn the Magician, Y on the Move, face painting, ice cream and hot dog eating contests, and a bounce house and games compliments of Y on the Move!  Food and beverages vended by MizFibz Deli.  Come join the fun, invite friends and meet new neighbors, and… join the club!  Once you’re a member, you’ll be able to participate in any of our club social events, as well as our Book Club, Running Club, Toddlers Playgroup, or Wine Club.  We also organize monthly social events such as ladies’ nights out, mani/pedi nights, and shows.  If you have a group you’d like to initiate, we are open to including it!
