Local businesses and churches located in the historic Watchemoket Square area of East Providence are opening their doors for a day of food, fun, historical education, and camaraderie. The festivities begin at 9 a.m. Free Event shuttle from Pierce Field.
The event features something for everyone; including:
- Annual St. Mary's Episcopal Church Bazaar (9am to 3 pm)
- Classic Car Show with trophies at Hot Rides (10 am to 2 pm)
- Assortment of food at Watchemoket Square provided by: Deck Forty Two, 133 Club, Watchemoket Tavern, Salame Pizzeria, Dee's Restaurant
- "Doorways and Porches" walking tour by East Providence Historical Society
- "History of Watchemoket Square" presentations by the East Providence Historical Society
- Karate demonstrations
- Live music
- Appearance by East Providence's Kevin Robinson "K-Rob"
