Intoxicated Driver Charged With Disorderly Conduct After Exeter Crash: Cops
The Hope Valley man was jailed pending his arraignment as a bail violator, police said.
EXETER, RI — A Hope Valley man was charged with disorderly conduct and driving under the influence following a crash in Exeter, police said.
Logan Cook, 20, was arrested shortly before 1:45 a.m. Saturday and charged with driving under the influence of liquor or drugs, refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock system, reckless driving and disorderly conduct, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Cook was arrested following a motor vehicle collision on Summit Road, according to the release.

Cook was specially arraigned and taken to the Adult Correctional Institution — Men's Intake Center and held pending his arraignment in Fourth Division District Court as a bail violator, the release said.
