• ACLU Says Rhode Island Flock Camera Portals Leave Key Data Missing as Statewide License Plate Reader Rules Remain Uneven Across 39 Municipalities (centralrecorder.com) — Foster is one of only two Rhode Island communities that publicly post audit logs for their Flock license plate reader systems, according to a new ACLU review of municipal transparency portals. The report highlights big gaps in how departments statewide disclose who accesses plate data, how long it's kept, and how often systems are searched, while state officials work toward uniform rules.
