West Warwick Man Charged With Driving Without Ignition Interlock System After Crash: Cops
The West Warwick man was also charged with driving after the denial, revocation or suspension of his license, police said.
HOPKINTON, RI — A West Warwick man was charged with driving without an ignition interlock system following a crash in Hopkinton, police said.
Kevin Decena De Los Santos, 22, was arrested about 11 a.m. Saturday after the crash on Interstate 295, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Decena De Los Santos was also charged with driving after the denial, revocation or suspension of his license, the release said.

Decena De Los Santos processed at the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned and released with a court date, according to police.
