Laud The Seniors: Johnston High School hosts its annual Senior Awards Night at 6:30 p.m. inside the JHS auditorium. Celebrate our town's best and brightest.
Watch The Players: Earlier in the day (thanks for the convenient timing, Rhode Island Interscholastic League), the Johnston High School varsity baseball squad is scheduled to play Game 2 of the Division II finals againt The Prout School at McCoy Stadium in Pawtucket. The Panthers , and could have another thing to celebrate at awards night.
Play Some Games: Mohr Library will open the Andrew Greene Young Adult Room for its Game On! activity this afternoon from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. Middle and High School students can test their skills on the library's new flat screen TV and Wii gaming system, or go old school and play board games.
