5 Things To Know Today: March 22
Story hour at Mohr Library; Play and Learn at Providence Children's Museum; final week for two spring programs at Johnston Rec; Pennies for Patients winds down; and today in history: Please Buy Me.

Storytime: Marian J. Mohr Library hosts story hour for infants and toddlers up to 3 years old beginning at 10:30 a.m. Stories, songs, crafts — just what they need before lunch and a nap (their parents, too).
Children's Museum: From 10 a.m. to noon, kids ages 2 to 4 are invited to the Providence Children's Museum for Play and Learn Drop-In Program. Members of Neighborhood Health Plan get free admission.
Rec Sign-Ups: The Johnston Parks & Recreation Department is accepting registrations for its T-Ball & Fitness and Track & Field Programs this week — but hurry; deadline is March 26.

So Nice, They Said It Twice: On this date in 1963, the album Please Please Me by the Beatles was released. (from brainyhistory.com)
