The Johnston High School Freshman Class of 2014 is holding a fundraising event tonight at 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. at Players Bar & Grill on Hartford Avenue in Johnston. This 18 years of age and older event, A Night of Comedy, features Johnston's own Mike Murray & Friends.
Tickets have been sold for $20.00 at the high school and a limited number of tickets will be available at the door on Feb. 5th for both the 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. shows. Funds raised will be used by the class of 2014 to support various activities including the sophomore semi-formal dance and the sophomore homecoming parade float.
