The Johnston Farmers Market will be held on Mondays from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Memorial Park on Hartford Avenue until October 24, 2011.
Area farms participating include Hopkins Farm in North Scituate and White Oak Farm in Scituate.
On August 15, the Farmers Market is scheduled to host a cooking demonstration today with the University of Rhode Island (URI) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Outreach Project.
