Join Tri-Town’s Even Start Literacy Program at the East Smithfield Public Library for a story time for toddlers between the ages of 2 and 3 1/2 on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 10:30-11:00 a.m. A parent or caregiver must be present with the participating child. Registration is required.
