Reminder: Mohr Library Closed: That's right — Marian J. Mohr Library will reopen in its new building on April 9. Check out these area libraries' websites for events and activities:

Kids Workshop: The Home Depot at 100 Stone Hill Drive will host a how-to-build workshop on Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon for the young'ins. This week's craft is a planter/basket.
Bird Walk: The Natural History Museum at Roger Williams Park has an outdoor bird walk scheduled for Saturday at 9 a.m. Cost is $5; not for children under 4 years of age, and no pets allowed.

Public Skate: Smithfield Ice Rink is open for public skating on Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. Admission is $3; skate rental $5.
Providence Bruins: There are two home games scheduled at The Dunk this weekend. The first is Friday night at 7:05 p.m., and the second is Sunday at 4:05 p.m. Tickets start at $18.

Home Improvement: The Rhode Island Home Show will be at the Rhode Island Convention Center all weekend. Tickets are $10 for adults, $8 for seniors, $3 for children 6 to 12, and free for those 5 and under.
Jazz Tribute: Byron Stripling will be performing a tribute to Louis Armstrong this Saturday at Veterans Memorial Auditorium. The show starts at 8 p.m., and tickets start at $25.
80's Throwback: Jamie Fletcher from the band Britny Fox will be performing at the Lighthouse Bar at Twin River. The show starts at 8:30 p.m. and it's free.
