At Mohr Library: Drop-in crafts on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. for kids older than 3 years old. Supplies provided; creativity encouraged.
Lakeshore Learning: The education-themed store on Oaklawn Avenue in Cranston hosts "All About Animals" on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The free program includes animal imitating games, animal facts, and a craft to make an animal hat.
Providence Children's Museum: Save on admission by getting a pass from or another nearby library; it will drop your cost to $2 each (instead of $8.50). And if you're a member of Neighborhood Health Plan, admission is free.

- On Saturday, Hasbro Children's Hospital Child Life Services presents "Doctors At Play" for kids from 3 to 8 years of age. The program runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- On Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Museum hosts "FETCH! Lab: Set it Straight" at the hands-on activity table. Ages 3 to 11.
Skating In Smithfield: The Smithfield Municipal Ice Rink is open for public skating on Sunday from noon to 2 p.m. Admission is $3, skate rentals $5.
