Wanted Johnston Sex Offender Apprehended: Cops
The Johnston man was arrested by the Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, police said.
JOHNSTON, RI — A wanted Johnston sex offender was apprehended, police said.
Robert Hogan, 43, was arrested Tuesday by the Rhode Island State Police Computer Crimes Unit/Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, the state police said in a media release.
Hogan was arrested on warrants charging him with technical violations in cases of manufacturing, delivering or possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, electronically disseminating indecent materials to a minor, and failure to notify as a sex offender, according to the release.

"Mr. Hogan was processed at State Police Headquarters and transported to Providence County Superior Court," the release said.
